Cinematic work, without a slow site
For New Impact I built a bilingual website where prospects can quickly explore video work by category and contact the team.
4.9/5 on Google26 reviewsHeavy visual work, light website
New Impact is an Antwerp video production company with over 35 years of experience in audiovisual production. The team makes commercials, corporate films, 2D and 3D animation, web and social media videos, and live streams. Zidis Group acquired the company in 2025; the website remains at newimpact.be.
A video-heavy portfolio still needs to load quickly. The challenge was to present cinematic work in Dutch and English without sacrificing speed or clarity.
“A production company is judged by what it shows, not by how long visitors wait for it to load.”
A bilingual portfolio that lets the work shine
Technology helps people choose. It doesn’t try to take center stage.
- 01
Explore services and projects quickly
Video production and media consulting each have a dedicated page, while the portfolio organizes projects by category.
- 02
Two languages, two routes
Dutch and English visitors each get a dedicated content route without requiring the team to maintain everything twice.
- 03
Publishing without a developer
Astro and Storyblok let the team add new projects to the portfolio in both languages without waiting for a developer.
Measuring the result with real data
Daily PageSpeed measurements and monthly Plausible Analytics visitor stats show how the site evolves. The summary card uses the previous full month; the chart compares Performance scores with unique visitors.

No invented success percentages. The reporting combines consistent PageSpeed measurements with monthly Plausible Analytics visitor stats and compares like-for-like periods.
A portfolio that does the work justice
Light technical foundation
Statically generated pages deployed with Astro and Vercel, with as little client-side code as possible.
Projects organized by category
Prospects can quickly see what the team produces and which styles it offers.
Bilingual without duplicate work
New projects appear in both languages from a single content source.
Measurements are the next layer
PageSpeed and GSC have separate roles in assessing speed and organic reach.
