Your domain name is always registered in your name, even when we manage it for you. Prefer to keep domain management in your own hands? That works just as well. And if you want to move to another provider later, you are free to do so: we handle the transfer properly and you are never locked in with us.

For web hosting and domain management, we deliberately do not offer a customer portal. Management is fully handled for you: you get no server panels or DNS screens, but one permanent point of contact who makes changes and explains what is happening. Your website's source code lives on GitHub, shared with your own account, so you can always access it yourself, with or without us.

Before your website goes online, we walk through the main visitor journeys. We check that form submissions arrive, links reach the correct pages, and copy stays readable on mobile. When replacing an existing site, we review which addresses to retain and where redirects are needed. We also coordinate the domain and hosting with whoever manages access.

After launch, we agree on who handles updates, checks, and extensions. Website maintenance can cover technical follow-up; new content or additional features get a separate scope.
